Education plays a very significant role in the human society and it has an immense impact on society. It trains the human mind to be rational in thinking and acting. Education teaches man to make decisions. Only through education man is able to receive information from the external world.
School surrounding also impacts on the students e.g. class room, teacher, friends and so on. We can make classroom a very pleasant place by establishing a meaningful and enduring relationship with the students. A teacher who is sensitive to the feelings and needs of the students at once wins their confidence. Such teachers can greatly inspire the students and lend them on the path of action. Equally important is a teacher’s willingness and promptness in acknowledging the good ideas.
The world is rapidly changing to keep up pace with these changes education has to be universal and dynamic with our endurance and with equipment of skills that would enhance the child’s strengths and capacities to lead them as outstanding observers, explorers, thinkers, and great learners as well as sensitive and ethical human beings.
